The Assistant Football Equipment Manager will assist in the overall operation of the University
of Equipment Room. The selected candidate must be a self–starter, self-motivated individual
with attention to detail. Individuals must work well with others and work extensive hours,
including nights and weekends.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: assisting in the
supervision of student managers, traveling with the Football Team for games, monitoring and
assisting with practice and game set up, monitoring laundry, tracking and receiving apparel,
shoes, and equipment, fitting and maintenance of athletic equipment, and assisting with other
duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and experience working in a football equipment
room. Strong desire to pursue a career in the field of equipment management.
