Assistant/Associate Director of Equipment Services–Baylor University

The Assistant/Associate Director of Equipment Services helps support the mission of Baylor University by supporting students and staff in the Baylor Intercollegiate Athletics department. The job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.

A bachelor’s degree, two years of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required.

  • All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on full-time basis.

What You Will Do

  • The Assistant/Associate Director of Equipment Services will be joining a team that oversees the daily inventory and maintenance of equipment items for the athletics department. They will be assigned at minimum two Olympic sports to work with daily as well as assist in football practices and competitions.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Nike orders a nd inventory of assigned teams, football practice and game day set up, work both home and away football games, and 1-2 laundry shifts per week. Flexible work schedule is needed as they will be asked to work weekends and possible during the holidays as well.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
  • Ability to comply with University policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
